IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

1.      We fly with the doors off, please dress for the occasion.....we recommend a light jacket, and/ or a long sleeve shirt, long pants, and secure footwear. NO LOOSE SANDALS OR FLIP FLOPS.
2.      You are more than welcome to bring cameras as long as you have your camera on a strap or cord as to keep it attached to your wrist or worn around your neck.  Your camera will need to be by itself, without its bag or case.
3.      Absolutely NO caps, hats, visors, bandannas, headbands, or scarves as well as bags or purses of any kind.
4.   Long hair will need to simply be braided or tied back with a rubber band as hair pins and/or hair bands will not be allowed.

OUR HUGHES 500 HELICOPTER CAN ACCOMMODATE UP TO (4) PASSENGERS PLUS OUR PILOT. WE TYPICALLY FLY WITH A FULL HELICOPTER AND ALWAYS WITH DOORS OFF. WE ASSIGN SEATS UPON CHECK-IN, BASED UPON ACTUAL WEIGHTS AT WEIGH-IN TIME AS ALL PASSENGERS WILL BE WEIGHED UPON CHECK-IN VIA DIGITAL SCALE, HOWEVER APPROXIMATE WEIGHTS ARE REQUESTED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING - ACCURATE BODY WEIGHTS WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

We have a 24 Hour Cancellation Policy:…With regards to changes and cancellations, please let us know at least 24 hours IN ADVANCE OF YOUR TOUR TIME. Once we're within 24 hours of your tour time, we’ll consider your tour fare non-refundable, and the total fare of our tour will be charged to your credit card. In the event that you absolutely cannot make your scheduled flight time, please call us sooner rather than later. We will try our best to work with you, depending on your situation and how much notice we are given, but there are no guarantees.

In regards to weather, we do not fly in just any kind of weather, but do rely on our pilots’ experience of having flown here long enough to know our island and it's weather. On the day of your flight it is solely the pilot who may cancel your flight due to weather. Therefore, we want you to show up rain or shine! If by chance our pilot does cancel your tour due to weather, we will give you the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
